Founded in 1986, Novi Footwear (Far East) Pte Ltd is one of the leading footwear sourcing companies in the Far East. With more than 400 employees in approximately 13 cities over the world, the company serves brands, retailers, department stores, hypermarkets and offers the full services of the complete supply chain cycle – from product development, costing, material sourcing, leather inspection, quality assurance, social and technical audits, order procurement, chemical and physical testing, quality control, in-line inspection to shipment.
Novi is part of the Wortmann KG group in Germany. In business year 2010/2011, the turnover of the Wortmann Group was Euro 957.7 million. The company remains privately owned and our directors actively run the business on a day-to-day basis.
We work with factories in China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia. We position ourselves as “Virtual Manufacturer” and add value in the supply chain by bringing in design and technical knowledge, market and product know-how, organizing skills in the processes. Our workforce has remained stable for many years, ensuring that experience and knowledge are well maintained.
