Novi Footwear has a large team of well qualified technicians stationing in each production area. Our Technical Centre located in Dongguan is dedicated to assuring the continued excellence of Novi Footwear sourced products. In addition to experienced personnel in every territory in which Novi Footwear works, expatriate technicians are permanently stationed in China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia. All factories are carefully checked from the design stage through production ending with final inspection according to AQL standards.
Novi Footwear strongly emphasizes proper fitting and does pre-production tests on all components to ensure the fit is correct and that the finished shoe will completely satisfy the customer. Lasts are specifically developed to cater for the differing fit requirements around the world. To ensure the products meet the ever-increasing demands of the market, we continuously implement the necessary systems and procedures at all stages of the resource process and provide technical solutions to our factories. Novi Footwear is also a member of SATRA Technology Centre which is a leading international research and technology organization. Our laboratory in Dongguan is accredited by SATRA for 27 safety, quality and performance tests covering all the footwear styles in the Novi Footwear range.
Novi Footwear is committed to ensuring that our factories function with a "Good Quality Management Team" monitored by our QC managers and inspectors ensuring every order is quality controlled and meets the required standards as agreed with our customers.
